- How do I receive my tickets if I pay online?
Bring your proof of purchase directly to the Ottawa Marriott Hotel, 100 Kent Street, Ottawa. You will receive an event bracelet, a complimentary drink ticket, plus a ticket for a chance to win a Caribbean Cruise for 2. Advance ticket pickup is highly recommended in order to avoid long line-ups. This will take place at on December 30 and during the day on 31. Stay tuned.

You’ve got many options for parking within the Ottawa Marriott Hotel. The parking garage is heated. Parking is $6 after 5:30 p.m. In this case your vehicle cannot stay overnight.
The daily maximum is $18 (no in and out privileges – pay at the gate), or, $24.86 with in & out privileges (charged to your room). Valet, or above ground parking is $20.51. If you decide to park at the venue, remember to leave your coats in the car to avoid coat check lines.
- Will there be coat check?
Coat check will be available at the event at a cost of $5.

- How can I win that trip to Caribbean Cruise for 2?
It’s simple! Once you arrive at the party, you’ll be given a wristband that will have a unique number on the band as well as a tear-off tab. The tab will be taken off and placed into a box for the draw. The door prize draw will take place at 12:15 a.m. on January 1, 2017. You must be present, and come to the stage within 3 minutes to claim your prize, otherwise, another name will be drawn until we find a winner.
- I understand there will be a raffle at the event. Tell me more about it, plus the charity you will be supporting?
Every year we seek to raise funds for a charity. This year is no different. There will be 5 awesome raffle items which you can purchase tickets for at the event. Stay tuned for further details. 100% of the procceds will go towards supporting the causes behind the Dental Charity Ball. The Ball’s community partners are the Caldwell Family Centre and St. Joe’s Women’s centre. Proceeds will help to provide no cost dentistry for vulnerable families and individuals in need in our community.
