- Five face-to-face meetings, to go over wedding details, (i.e. contracting the perfect location, vendor duties and negotiations, time line of activities, design and decor, etc.)
- Unlimited communication via email and phone with coordinator during time of service
- Assist with honeymoon coordination and planning
- Assist with creating and printing of the stationery, (i.e. Save the Date, Invitations, Programs, Menus, Table Names and Seating Arrangements)
- Assist with welcome gifts, coordination, contracting and negotiation of room blocks at conveniently located hotels and transportation for you and your guests
- Assist with menu selections and catering negotiations
- Unlimited recommendations and/or suggestions (i.e. etiquette, creativity and budgeting)
- Assist with selection and negotiations of professional vendors
- Create, confirm and distribute itinerary to vendors, bridal party and family
- Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
- Assistant Wedding Day Coordinator to work alongside Coordinator
- Manage the timing of your events with wedding party, family and guests
- On-site hours prior to the start of wedding to ensure proper placement of favors, guestbook, table names, menus, programs, etc.
- Ensure start of ceremony and all schedule related items including getting you down the aisle on time
Fees: 10 % of the wedding budget (minimum $1500 applies).
Exact fees will be determined at the free consultation meeting.
Factors depend on the number of months in advance that services are contracted; the location of ceremony and reception and number of guests.
