We will ask you some basic questions to better understand your wishes, such as your wedding date or season, location details, and the style of event you are envisioning.
After this personal consultation, we will briefly explain the services that would best suit your needs, and should you be interested in meeting personally to go into further detail, we will arrange for a more in-depth, complimentary consultation.
Our first meeting will provide the exciting opportunity to meet and to determine exactly what your specific needs may be while at the same time ensuring that we have fully understood your vision.
We will touch on all elements of your wedding day and the key parts leading up to it to assess where you may need assistance and to identify what you have already successfully completed.
During our meeting, we’ll offer you a few ideas and a touch of inspiration based on our experience and understanding of your vision. By the end of our first meeting, you will be refreshed and excited about your wedding plans!
Soon after our consultation, we will provide you a customized quote based on the details we had discussed. From there, you will have the opportunity to accept our suggested services or ask for a revised quote based on items that you have decided you would prefer to handle yourself or that you wish to adjust.
Our quotes are fully customized to you and your specific budget. We are always willing to be flexible to the greatest extent possible.
Once you are satisfied with the quote and it is approved, we will prepare a hard copy of the contract, listing all pertinent details, services, and agreed upon fee. Once you have received the contract, simply return your signed copy along with the requested retaining fee to let the fun begin!
